Building Financial Clarity Since 2018

We started dralixento because too many people felt overwhelmed by financial analysis. Seven years later, we've helped thousands of Australians understand their numbers and make better decisions.

How We Got Here

Back in 2018, I was working as a financial consultant and kept seeing the same problem. People had access to all the data they needed, but they couldn't make sense of it. Spreadsheets full of numbers that might as well have been written in another language.

The breaking point came when a small business owner told me she was making decisions based on her gut because the financial reports her accountant provided were too confusing. That's when I realized we needed to change how financial education actually works.

So we built dralixento around a simple idea: financial analysis doesn't have to be intimidating. It just needs to be taught in a way that actually makes sense to real people running real businesses.

Real-World Focus

Every lesson comes from actual business scenarios. We don't teach theory in isolation – you learn by working through problems you'll actually face.

No Jargon Zone

Financial analysis has enough complexity without adding unnecessary technical language. We explain everything in plain English first, then introduce the formal terms.

Build Confidence

Our goal isn't to turn you into a financial analyst. It's to give you the skills to understand your numbers well enough to make informed decisions.

Our Teaching Method

We've refined our approach over seven years of watching what actually works for busy professionals.

  • Start with your current situation, not textbook examples
  • Break complex analysis into manageable steps you can follow
  • Practice with your own data whenever possible
  • Focus on interpretation skills, not just calculation methods
  • Build understanding progressively – each concept supports the next

Cash Flow Mastery

We teach you how to build cash flow forecasts that actually help you plan ahead. Not the theoretical models you see in textbooks, but practical tools you can use to spot problems before they happen.

Ratio Analysis That Works

Financial ratios aren't just academic exercises. We show you which ratios actually matter for your situation and how to use them to understand what your numbers are really telling you about your business health.

Founder & Lead Instructor

I spent twelve years as a financial analyst before starting dralixento. Most of that time was spent translating complex analysis into language that business owners could actually use to make decisions.

What I learned is that the biggest barrier isn't the math – it's helping people see the story their numbers are telling. That's what we focus on in every program we offer.

When I'm not teaching, you'll find me hiking around the Royal National Park or trying to perfect my sourdough technique. Both require patience and attention to detail, which turns out to be good practice for financial analysis too.

Learning That Sticks

Our programs aren't just lectures and worksheets. You'll work through real scenarios, discuss challenges with other participants, and build skills you can apply immediately. We've found that hands-on practice with guided feedback is what actually creates lasting understanding.
